Tarek is an Executive and Positive Psychology Coach - Talent Development Expert- Personal Growth Hacker - Dynamic Leadership Development Consultant who dreams to Grow and help others; Grow as they Go.

Currently, he is the Learning & Development Manager, Boost Training & Consulting. In 2017, Tarek founded "Grow as you Go" to boost the personal and professional growth of individuals.

Tarek has served as a project advisor and consultant for Organization and Leadership Development projects with high level governmental entities including: The Prime Minister’s Office of the UAE.

He has designed and developed 10 Learning Experiences including his two famous experiential workshops: The Networker & Break The Ice. Tarek started his journey as a facilitator 10 years ago, where he has trained and coached more than 10,000 trainees coming from different walks of life including Top-level, Mid-level, First-line managers, Employees & Entrepreneurs in different Business & Life Skills from diverse multinationals, governmental entities and big nationals in the Middle East.

He has an established and solid experience in corporate sales in some of the top 10 Pharma Multinationals. As well as his work as Marketing Supervisor with companies from the Fortune 100’s including Global FMCGs and Tech. Giants.

In addition to Leadership Development and Culture Transformation, his areas of specialty include: Public Speaking, Pitch Development, Growing Networks and Positive Psychology Coaching. 

Since an early age, Tarek was fond of public speaking, poetry and acting and he has given speeches to diverse audiences from more than 70 different countries. He was also featured multiple times on TV shows.
