Love it or hate it, we negotiate almost every single day. Whether we are competing to win a new business opportunity, working with a difficult client, or deciding on a restaurant amongst friends, Negotiation Skills are critical for success. Developing a fundamental understanding of different negotiation styles and tactics can change the course of personal relationships, teamwork, and client conversations. This session will focus on practical, immediate next steps you can take to improve your outcomes at the negotiation table – whether that table is in a boardroom, a coffee shop, your kitchen, or virtual. If you are an entrepreneur, solo-practitioner or small business owner, you will particularly want to develop these competencies to generate clients who will value what you offer and pay you what you’re worth.
If you want to: …ask for a raise …land a new deal …implement change …be fairly compensated for your time and efforts …tackle a difficult conversation …and more, this session will help you understand, identify, and apply negotiation skills while preserving important relationships.
