Geraldine (Jerry) Anathan has been coaching since 2012. Her first group coaching took place in multiple refugee camps during the border clashes between Burma and Thailand, and since then she's been coaching deadline driven leaders and executives.
She specializes in coaching leaders in crisis, and worked with frontline first responders during the 2020 COVID-19 Pandemic. During this time she also hosted numerous webinars with her colleague, helping hundreds quickly shift to remote leadership.
She is one of under 30 coaches certified in administering and implementing the Psychological Safety Instrument to teams and organizations. This work is based on 3 decades of research by Amy Edmondson at Harvard University, and sets the stage for teams to thrive. As an executive presence expert, Jerry has helped hundreds of CEOs and leaders from Fortune 500s to small global technology groups. She has owned multiple real estate and development companies in New England, and for the past 12 years has owned Yoga East, the outer Cape's first wellness center. During her studies for her Masters Degree in Organizational Psychology at Harvard University, she fell in love with neuroscience, and has used those gems of learning to help her leadership clients.
Jerry splits her time between New York City and Provincetown MA, loves to ski, swim, and practice yoga
