This presentation is designed to provide self-empowerment tips and strategies to help in effectively navigating aspects of the new workplace landscape -- the new normal. At the heart of successful adjustment are elements of change and stress management and, thereby, self-management. Part of the presentation will include tips/techniques to facilitate connection to motivation and enhance personal energy (core components to momentum-building.) Threaded within the presentation will be valuable information and tools/tips/techniques gleaned from Carolyn’s solid background and expertise in facilitating self-awareness and diversity appreciation. All aspects will be drawn from the unique combination of her specialties in Coaching, Mindfulness, Neuro-Linguistics Programming, Leadership and Human Resources Management.
