Why we do, what we do
When our founder, Ben Croft, founded the World Business & Executive Coach Summit in 2008, his belief was that coaches had the unique power to add value to the world by bringing out the best of human potential. And this belief still holds true to this day. We truly believe coaches have the ability to change the world and make it a better place.
We want to help coaches help others - because we know we don’t just affect the individual we work with, but we create a ripple effect of transformation, potentially changing thousands of lives in the process.
The core of WBECS is to add as much value as we can to help coaches become more successful, and as a result enable them to help millions of clients around the world.

We believe in good people at our company and we only hire people who follow our vision and values. Our team is full of people who are heart-centered, focused on how they can add value to the world, and understanding the value that coaches bring to the world on a deep level.
Even though our team is fully remote, and works from multiple countries around the globe, we work closely together and often refer to ourselves as a “second family”. We look to hire people who want to live a different kind of life that includes flexibility, a caring work environment, and a chance to make a difference.
