WBECS 2020-2021 Full Summit

This Agreement is between WBECS and the participants enrolled in the WBECS 2020-2021 Full Summit.

WBECS 2020-2021 Full Summit

The WBECS 2020-2021 Full Summit offers online, digital learning from 50+ world-class coaches and top thought leaders. The Full Summit is WBECS’ flagship annual learning experience. It lasts for 8 months, between July and April.

Rules of Engagement

As a member of the WBECS 2020-2021 Full Summit, you hereby commit to the following Rules of Engagement:

1. Authenticity. I will be my authentic self.
2. Generosity. I will share my authentic self with my fellow 2020-2021 Full Summit Participants.
3. Respect. I will respect others and build positive relationships with my fellow WBECS 2020-2021 Full Summit Participants. I will make my connections safe, easy, and comfortable for others and for myself. I will appreciate others’ strengths, celebrate their wins, respect their differences, and accept their challenges.
4. Commitment. I commit to creating a positive experience in the WBECS 2020-2021 Full Summit Community, both the private community and the public one, for myself and for others.
5. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure. I will never share other 2020-2021 Full Summit Participants’ personal information, conversations, ideas, or Intellectual Property (IP). I will not disclose 2020-2021 Full Summit Participants’ names or details with any party.
6. Usability. I agree to use the proper attribution to the respective thought leader when referring to the tools, methodologies, frameworks, and concepts gained through the WBECS 2020-2021 Full Summit.
7. Responsibility. I take personal responsibility for achieving the goals I have set for myself and my coaching practice, and to the way in which I engage with my new and current clients. I will allocate time to apply the knowledge, skills, and tools I gain from my Full Summit participation.

Specific Guidelines of each WBECS 2020-2021 Package

WBECS Full Summit - Core Coach
As a Core Coach, you have access to 55+ live, online sessions, including content sessions, implementation mastery sessions,round table sessions, coaching demonstrations and Q&A sessions. You also have access to your exclusive Full Summit Membership area and the Full Summit online coach community. You have 48-hour access to all session recordings.

WBECS Full Summit - Enhanced Coach
As an Enhanced Coach, you have access to 55+ live, online sessions, including content sessions, implementation mastery sessions, Q&A sessions, round table sessions, and coaching demos. You also have access to your exclusive Full Summit Membership area and the Full Summit online coach community. You have unlimited access to all session recordings, notes, transcripts, slides and session Q&A.

WBECS Full Summit - Pro Coach
As a Pro Coach, you have access to 55+ live, online sessions, including content sessions, implementation mastery sessions, Q&A sessions, round table sessions, and coaching demos. You also have access to your exclusive Full Summit Membership area and the Full Summit online coach community. You have unlimited access to all session recordings. In addition, you have access to your Pro Coach Membership Area for 12 months, beginning in July 2020 and ending in July 2021 and to the Pro Coach Private Community, Pro Coach marketing and sales tutorials. You have the opportunity to take part in case studies, research projects, premium coach directory, EMCC CPDs and accreditation, coach showcase opportunities, preferred member pricing on future WBECS programs, products and services.

ICF Members If you are a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF), you may earn up to 219 CCEUs by participating in the full WBECS 2020-2021 Summit. (72 CCEUs from the 2020 Pre-Summit and 147 CCEUs from the 2020-2021 Full Summit.)

EMCC Members If you are a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC), you will automatically be recommended for EMCC Accreditation after completing at least 20 hours of participation in the full WBECS 2020-2021 Summit, as well as being able to earn up to 219 Continuing Professional Development (CPD) credits.

We encourage you to:

• Use WBECS 2020-2021 Full Summit content to share ideas with clients, making proper attribution to the respective thought leader
• Use examples of key Full Summit session concepts in presentations

You may not:

• Offer or train 2020-2021 Full Summit methodologies to others
• Share the original materials contained in the 2020-2021 Full Summit with others, including session notes, session slides, session transcripts, session recordings/audios, downloadables, PDF documents, worksheets, etc.
• Create and/or market derivative material based on the original 2020-2021 Full Summit methodology, resources, or materials
• Share 2020-2021 Full Summit content on social media or any other digital platform
• Use WBECS 2020-2021 Full Summit content as part of a train-the-trainer program to train other coaches
• Distribute this content in any format as part of any program for multiple virtual users
