Answer Questions

It is important to disrupt yourself. That is how we grow. We can track the disruptions in our lives––whether we act ourselves or we are acted upon––by using the S Curve of Learning as a mental model or framework.

Normally, the plan is to learn, leap and repeat. When you get to the top of the S Curve, you jump. You disrupt yourself so you can continue to grow. What's unique about right now is that we don't have to make the decision to disrupt ourselves or not. We are just disrupted. There are guardrails of disruption that can help us move along the S Curve of Learning when things are uncertain. This session offer some additional resources that will help you find calm amidst what feels like chaos.

  1. Understand how to apply the seven guardrails during these times for both coaches and clients
  2. Learn to take control of your own disruption (and your clients)
  3. Explore the art of pivoting and the entrepreneurial mindset (for both you and your clients) during this time of disruption

Answer Questions

Life has suddenly and unexpectedly been disrupted for everyone. We didn’t make a conscious choice to disrupt our lives; circumstances made it for us.

Help your clients turn the tables on the unexpected by creating a capability for leveraging disruption. Help your clients build momentum along their S Curve of Learning(TM) by leveraging the seven-point Personal Disruption Framework(TM).

These are practical, actionable guardrails that help your client reassert control in their present situation and prepare to accelerate their growth into the future. Learn how to guide them forward with increasing confidence rather than succumbing to the chaos of change.

Whatever the challenges, it is the individual that is the fundamental unit of growth or change—whether you are coaching within an organization or independent this framework and tools apply and is an opportunity for what can become a life-changing reset.

1. Understand and learn to apply a framework that creates structure for individuals to embrace their constraints and gain their footing to face challenges with a renewed sense of strength and clarity.

2. Equip yourself with tools helping your clients wade through the unknown with relevant structure and weighted optimism.

3. Develop a fitness for disruption, give clients the ability to better face the unknown, and have a common language to communicate during this time.
