For WBECS Pro Coach and WBECS Enhanced Coach members, all session transcripts will be available in your Membership Area, as well as any additional materials (transcripts, audio MP3, slides, professional notes etc.) that are associated with a particular session.

When you register for speaker presentations, you receive session confirmations and session reminder emails. You can always register for more sessions inside your Membership Area. If you register twice for a session, that is fine. If you try to join the session when it goes live and encounter an issue, contact support@wbecs.com. A member of the team will send you a direct link.

All WBECS sessions take place on a web-based system called Zoom. There is a list of calling numbers from other countries that are available if you do not use the web link.

Yes. WBECS offers different payment plan options, enabling you to pay in 3 or 4 installments, depending on the ticket price that you choose.

An IM Session is an optional session that takes place after each of the main speaker presentations (15 minutes after all Pre-Summit sessions and each Tuesday during the Full Summit). They provide a space for you and your peers to discuss the content presented by the speaker, and determine how best to implement what you’ve learned into your coaching practice.

Round Table sessions are small, virtual gatherings of fellow Full Summit members coming together to discuss general coaching topics. They provide a safe environment for you to share and learn from each other. Facilitators set up Round Table topics based on submissions by the WBECS members.

You can also register for IM and RT sessions via your Membership Area once you are a Full Summit pass holder.

No. You can sign up to as many IM sessions as you like. It’s important you attend those you sign up for. You cannot register for more than one IM Session that takes place at exactly the same time.

All attendees will enter as audio only. It’s recommended that you turn on your video when you enter the meeting as it really enhances connection and engagement.

For IM sessions, there is a set limit of 18 people per session, including the Session Facilitator.

For RT sessions, the Session Facilitator decides the cap up to 25.

The set minimum is 2 people, including the Session Facilitator.

All sessions take place online, using the web-based conferencing conferencing platform, Zoom.

IM sessions are conversations based around the content from the WBECS speaker presentations, including the practical application of what you’ve learned.

RT sessions are completely designed and created by WBECS Facilitators. They can be on any coaching-related topic imaginable. RT sessions can take place at any time throughout the Full Summit.

WBECS is always interested in connecting with people who are doing amazing things in the coaching industry to discuss if there is an opportunity for us to collaborate.
