Answer Questions

How many of your clients think of conflict as a dirty word; something to be avoided at all costs? Do you get them over one hump only to find that they are immobilized the next time things get uncomfortable? Without the right support, they slip back conflict-avoidance, passive-aggressiveness; or nastiness. Is their conflict debt affecting the productivity of the business, the trust and engagement of team members, and stress levels for all involved? What about the clients at the other end of the spectrum—the ones who were mandated to attend coaching because their brand of conflict leaves collateral damage? The outcomes are no better for those who wield conflict as a weapon. Whether you’re in the C-Suite or leading on the front lines, the ability and willingness to work through conflict constructively is something everyone needs to get along and get stuff done. In this session, Liane will share the tools and processes to help your clients build a healthy conflict culture.

1. How to help clients identify the costs of avoiding difficult issues and getting into conflict debt.

2. Be able to implement a three-step process for working through any conflict constructively.

3. Understand two powerful tools clients can use to systemize conflict to neutralize and to normalize even the most difficult issues.
