As a WBECS pass holder, you can simply login to your membership area to register for as many sessions as you’d like. If you are not yet a WBECS pass holder, you can easily buy your pass by clicking this link.

When you login to the membership area, you will be able to see what ticket level you currently have. The Executive Speed Learner Pass is the top level which allows you to gain the most value out of your WBECS experience. If you have purchased the Enhanced or Core level ticket you can easily upgrade to another level to enjoy even more WBECS content in various formats. Recordings & Technical Questions
Open CloseWe understand that with a global community of tens of thousands of coaches, there might be some session times that are rather inconvenient for some of our attendees which is why we offer live sessions twice to give you more options. Whether these times work for you or not, you have absolutely nothing to worry about, because as a WBECS pass holder (Enhanced or Executive Speed Learner), you’ll get access to all session recordings including transcripts, slides and professional notes. This allows you to enjoy different learning styles and gives you the opportunity to learn whenever you want, wherever you want and as many times as you like.
If you are a coach in the Asia Pacific timezone – please email support@wbecs.com to ask how to view the recordings of sessions. Please put ASIA PAC as your subject line.
Please note that you have to register through our WBECS membership area for each session you are interested in joining live. Once you click on register by simply entering your email and name, you will receive a confirmation email from Zoom with a link to join the session including further details and instructions.
In case you do not receive the email, you can simply register again and/or follow the steps below:
• Start by checking your junk or spam folders for missed emails. The registration emails will come from “no-reply@zoom.us” which your email system may not recognize as “safe email”.
• Check that your email filters will allow emails from “no-reply@zoom.us” and add the address to your “safe sender” list.
• Ensure that the email address you used for your WBECS/session registration is the same email address you are checking to receive the confirmation emails.
• Zoom will always send out a 24 hr and a 1hr reminder email before the webinar with back-up links to register or join the session in case you have lost the original email.
Worse case scenario, email support@wbecs.com if you realize right before the session starts that you do not have your link. We always have extra customer service available right before and during sessions to help.
All WBECS Sessions are recorded. Full-Summit members can access both Pre-Summit and Full-Summit recordings with either the Enhanced or Executive Speed Learner memberships. Additionally, Executive Speed Learner memberships can access the download file to view the recordings offline, as well as audio recordings, presentation slide decks and downloadable PDFs with transcripts and executive summary notes, and special bonus materials from our speakers. All this is available inside your membership area.
Yes, for all Executive Speed Learner members, all session transcripts will be available in your membership are as well as any additional materials (transcripts, audio MP3, slides, professional notes etc.) that are associated with a particular session.
When you register for sessions, in addition to your webinar confirmations you will receive email reminders. You can always register for more sessions inside the Member Area. If you register twice for a session, that is fine. If you try to join the session at the time it is live and have an issue, contact the support desk at support@wbecs.com and we will send you a direct link.
We use the web-based system called Zoom. There is a list of calling numbers from other countries that are available if you do not use the web link. If you are unfamiliar with Zoom, please see the reference guide and training videos before your session starts.

Implementation Mastery Sessions
Open CloseBack by popular demand with brand new upgrades and enhancements, these sessions are a chance for you to connect with coaches around the globe discuss how to implement the learnings from the main WBECS sessions directly into your practice, helping you immediately improve your coaching and help your clients. During the Pre-Summit, all 45 minute IM Sessions begin 15 minutes after the main presentation has finished and facilitate a safe space for you to discuss the topics raised by the speaker in the main session, strategize how to implement your learnings with your clients, share your experience with other coaches and explore the key learnings.

During the Pre-Summit, all 45 minute IM Sessions begin 15 minutes after the main presentation has finished. During the Full-Summit all IM sessions will take place on Tuesdays, the week following the main presentation, to give you more time to digest the information from the main session.

WBECS Round Tables
Open CloseIn addition to our popular IM sessions, you can now also join any number of Round Table discussions with your fellow coaches and colleagues. Designed by our WBECS Coach team and hosted throughout Full-Summit, these virtual table discussions will focus on a wide variety of topics and you may join as many as you wish. Discover new ideas, make meaningful connections, or even join a regular social hour. The opportunities to connect with and learn from coaches around the globe are endless!
We will open registration for the Round Tables closer to the Full-Summit.
All Round Table sessions will take place at various times throughout the Full-Summit. This will be decided by the facilitator.

CCE Units
Open CloseIf you purchase a WBECS Full-Summit pass, you are eligible to receive the CCE Units of both Pre-Summit and Full-Summit. If you choose to only attend the Pre-Summit, you will not be eligible to receive CCE Units.
WBECS 2018 offers over 105 CCE Units across both Summit events.

WBECS Full-Summit pass holders can qualify for all 105.75 CCE Units for the WBECS 2018 Pre-Summit and Full-Summit. The credits available will be both Core Competency (CC) as well as Resource and Development (RD). In order to receive Core Competency credits you must attend the sessions LIVE which we track on our end. If for any reason you are not able to attend LIVE but only listen to the recording you will receive Resource Development credits instead of Core Competency.
