Imagine what your clients might achieve if they could quiet their self-doubt. Often, even accomplished leaders are held back by a harsh inner critic that prevents them from taking risks, stepping into new domains, and creating a more fulfilling life.
As coaches, we need a robust toolkit for working with clients around self-doubt. In this talk Tara will cover the coaching tools, questions and approaches that you can use to help your clients move beyond self-doubt. These practices work: more than 90% of individuals receiving training in them report increased levels of confidence as a result.
As a coach, you can also bring all of these tools to yourself, and apply them when self-doubt arises, so that you can do your work with greater confidence and courage.
